Whom I prefer to work with?

With the experiences that I have till date (this experience counts from the age when I started to feel & understand what people react & say), I can claim that there are 3 types of people with whom we are seeking help and support in any particular area;
1.      People who have no knowledge in that area,
2.      People who have little knowledge in that area &
3.      People who have in-depth knowledge in that area.

Out of these three types of people, I am sure that you will only get help and support from 2 types of people. Guess who are they? I don’t know what you are guessing but I can claim with my experiences till date that; you can easily get help and support from people that I mentioned in no.1 & no. 3. Yes, I mean to say that you can only get support & help easily from people who have no knowledge and the people who have in-depth  knowledge in particular area where you are seeking their help & support. You may ask how? Don’t worry I will explain my thoughts on it.

People who have no knowledge, usually show their eagerness to help and support you because they know that they will get chance to learn from you along with helping you. In Nepali we can say “dubai haat ma laddu” that means win-win situation. People who have in-depth knowledge, they are always ready to help & support you because they believe that their knowledge as well as the horizon of particular thing and/or area will increase once they share with others. Believe, me this type of people always want to see that the area they have in-depth knowledge is growing and they are ready to support & help us, so that we are also contributing to build up the particular area/field. This is also another win-win situation. Now, let’s discuss about the people that I mentioned in no.2. Yes, you are right. I want to share my thoughts about people who have little knowledge in the area where you are in need of their support and help. There is a saying that “little knowledge is dangerous” and I can say that always be careful with people who have little knowledge. This kind of people always claim that they know everything and if you notice, most of the people belongs to this category have higher ego and negative attitude. They want to show others that they are helping and supporting you but in reality they are delaying your task and dragging you down. With this, they want to prove that you are wrong and they are right, you don’t have that capacity and they have that.

It’s very easy to work with people that I mentioned in no.1 & no. 3. Also, once you work with those 2 types of people you can achieve your objectives and show the results without any failure. Everyone prefers this right? Yes, it’s true, no one wants to be a failure, and even I want to get success in each and every thing only with one time effort. Do you think, it’s possible & practical? May be its very rare to have this kind of situation, right? Yes, I agree with you. I have heard different quotes about failure and the one I liked most is “failure is not the opposite of success, it’s part of success”. I believe that, only those person can get success who have failed in their past. Remember, to fail, you have to seek the help from those people who have little knowledge. Working with people who have little knowledge, always challenges you. Once you accept that challenge, you can use your creativity with what you can also challenge those people. Then with that, you will strengthen your capacity to perform better in future.

You know what? In this 21st century, it’s very difficult to find people who fall under category 1 & 3 because with this rapid technological development, everybody have little knowledge in everything. Even if they don’t have the knowledge in that particular time, they can have it once they search that in google.com. Likewise, it’s very difficult to have people, who have in-depth knowledge because this rapid development is challenging people with new innovation and new development in the sector almost on daily basis. That means, we have to work with people who have little knowledge and off-course need to seek help from the same. I am never afraid to be a failure, because I wanted to be successful and definitely, I prefer to work with people who have little knowledge.
