"Complain Less and Contribute more" I really like this quote and try to complain less but today I learn something different i.e. Complain is good when we convert in into request and we also get something good from complain, if we try to analyze :What is Complain?, Goal and commitment behind his/her complain?, Possibilities to overcome those complain, Option/opportunity etc then we are able to take positive action on the basis of others complain.So don't be so angry if someone complain and try to find something good from his/her complain.
